A Masterpiece from the Streep Mine.
This is the kind of specimen that reminds me why the hunt never ends.
A massive double-terminated, skeletal, sceptered smoky amethyst from the legendary Streep Mine, Namibia, combining razor-sharp geometry with incredible transparency, rich smoky tones, and flashes of electric violet that ignite when the light passes through. Every face tells the story of multiple stages of crystal growth, creating a sculptural work of natural art that simply can’t be replicated. Hematite inclusions and also enhydros.
Collector-grade Streep material of this size, with this level of aesthetics and preservation, is exceptionally difficult to find. An unforgettable crystal from one of the world’s most iconic amethyst localities.
