This 80.60 gram Smoky Amethyst from the legendary Streep Mine, Goboboseb Mountains, Namibia is an absolute collector’s banger.

The crystal is loaded with incredible character… shimmering red hematite inclusions suspended within, multiple enhydros hidden inside, and a sparkling blanket of analcime draped across the specimen, adding an entirely different texture and dimension. Every angle reveals something new.

It’s pieces like this that remind me why Streep Mine has become one of my all-time favorite localities. The combination of color, aesthetics, rarity, and natural artistry is simply on another level.
