Filmed in front of my miniatures case, and this little powerhouse absolutely steals the show.

An extraordinary Rhodochrosite from the legendary N’Chwaning Mine, South Africa — exploding with saturated fiery red-orange color, incredible translucency, and razor-sharp crystal architecture.

What gets me is how much presence is packed into just 18.14 grams and 30 × 31 mm. The overlapping crystals create this incredible sculptural formation, and under the light, that intense color seems to ignite from within.

With the miniature collection glowing in the background, you really get a sense of what makes specimens at this scale so special. Size has nothing to do with impact — and this one proves it.
