An absolutely stunning Smoky Amethyst from the Streep Mine, Namibia — insanely glassy with beautiful subtle smoky-amethyst color, scattered Analcime, and multiple enhydros trapped inside the crystal.

The transparency is what immediately gets me. This thing is like a window — you can look straight through the crystal and explore all the internal architecture, inclusions and little pockets of ancient fluid suspended inside.
