On February 12, 2026, a miner near Shangulowé mine in the DR Congo, stumbled upon a new pocket with a few remarkable Baryte specimens coated in Malachite, displaying a unique crystal combination and growth pattern never seen before. It’s been named the ‘Scalpel pocket’. DM for more information.
