POOLSIDE WITH A DENTON MINE CLASSIC
This Denton Mine fluorite absolutely erupts in sunlight. Filming it by the pool and those saturated violet cubes start glowing like stained glass—deep electric purples with warm internal flashes dancing through the crystal every time it turns.
The geometry on this one is wild… stacked cubic growth with sharp beveled edges and mirror-like faces catching reflections from the water and throwing light back through the piece. You can literally watch the zoning shift in real time outdoors.
Old Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District material has a presence that’s impossible to fake, and Denton Mine pieces with this level of color and translucency are getting seriously tough to source. Pure Cave-In-Rock energy all the way through.
Sunlight and Illinois fluorite… always a dangerous combination.
